

COMMUNITY CHARTER
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
DiSmart-CLUB is a community of people united by the desire to share ideas, develop unique projects and create a favorable atmosphere for communication and creativity. We adhere to the principles of respect, openness and constructive interaction.
1.1. The Community (hereinafter referred to as the "Community") is an open platform for communication, knowledge exchange and joint creativity.
1.2. This Charter regulates the basic principles, rights and obligations of Community members within the framework of the VKontakte and Facebook platforms.
1.3. All participants undertake to comply with these Articles of Association, as well as the rules of the respective platforms.
1.4. The Community Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") ensures compliance with the rules, moderates the content and interacts with the participants.
2. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
2.1. Creating a comfortable and safe space for communication.
2.2. Support and development of intellectual, creative and educational initiatives.2.3. Encouraging constructive dialogue and exchange of experience among participants.
2.4. Protection of the rights and interests of Community members.
3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS
3.1. Participants have the right to:
To express opinions freely within the framework of the rules of the platform and these Articles of Association.
Publish copyrighted content relevant to the topic of the Community.
Participate in Community discussions, events, and initiatives.
Contact the Administration regarding the work of the Community.
3.2. Participants are required to:
Observe the norms of morality and ethics when communicating.
Do not distribute spam, fake information, or advertising without the permission of the Administration.
Do not publish content prohibited by law.
Treat other participants with respect, avoid insults and provocations.
4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ADMINISTRATION
4.1. The Administration has the right to:
Delete publications that violate the Charter and rules of the platform.
Block participants for systematic violations.
To amend the Charter to improve the work of the Community.
Organize events, contests, and promotions.
4.2. The Administration is obliged to:
Ensure unbiased content moderation.
Ensure that all participants follow the rules.
To consider appeals and complaints from participants within a reasonable time.
Maintain a friendly and constructive atmosphere.
5. CONTENT AND SECURITY
5.1. The published content must correspond to the subject of the Community and not violate the law.
5.2. Publications containing extremism, violence, discrimination, and copyright infringement are prohibited.
5.3. Personal information of other users should not be disclosed without their consent.
5.4. Participants are responsible for the published content and its compliance with the rules of the platform.
6. CONFLICT SITUATIONS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
6.1. In the event of a conflict, the parties should try to resolve it peacefully.6.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the participants may contact the Administration.6.3. The final decision in disputed situations is made by the Administration.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. The Charter comes into force from the moment of publication in the Community.
7.2. The Administration reserves the right to change the Charter if necessary.
7.3. Continued participation in the Community after making changes means automatic acceptance of the new Charter.
